The Team
Daniel made the leap from engineering to mortgage brokering in 2023, bringing with him a mindset built on precision, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. His engineering background allows him to approach every mortgage file strategically, identifying opportunities and solutions that can easily be overlooked.
Having completed hundreds of mortgage transactions, Daniel has experience working with first-time homebuyers, self-employed clients, families, and real estate investors across a wide range of financing situations. Known for his responsive communication and client-focused approach, he works closely with clients to create mortgage strategies tailored to their unique goals. He believes every client deserves clear advice, transparency, and guidance they can trust throughout the entire process.
As a real estate investor himself, Daniel understands firsthand the excitement, pressure, and financial decisions that come with purchasing and financing property. Meet Audrey Sanschagrin
Fulfillment Specialist
Audrey recently made the transition into the mortgage industry after working as an acute care Occupational Therapist, bringing with her a strong foundation in communication, empathy, organization, and client care. Her experience in the healthcare system taught her how to navigate high-pressure situations, pay close attention to detail, advocate for people, and support clients through important life decisions — skills that translate naturally into the mortgage world.
Known for her warm personality and people-first approach, Audrey genuinely enjoys building relationships and helping clients feel comfortable and supported throughout the mortgage process. She believes the human side of financing matters just as much as the numbers, and takes pride in making the experience feel clear, approachable, and stress-free.
Outside of work, Audrey enjoys painting watercolours, playing soccer, staying active, spending time with family and friends, and exploring creative projects. Her caring nature, strong work ethic, and positive energy are at the heart of everything she does.
Office Morale Specialist
Nova is the team’s beloved pitbull mix and an important part of the Peraza Mortgages family. She was adopted through a rescue from Texas after very quick “foster fail”.
Known for her sweet personality and laid-back attitude, Nova spends most of her days supervising the office, soaking up the sun, and making sure everyone takes the occasional break. Her favourite things include snacks, cozy naps, and playdates with her friends.
